I was going to include a list of those not descended from any Dual Champions but decided not to do
so for 2 reasons. First, about half of these were born prior to most of the Dual Champions and thus
unlikely to be descended from them. Second, pedigree problems as of Dec 2010 might miss a true
descent. I feel more confident about those I can definitely trace back to a Dual Champion as
opposed to those I can not.
